Randi Carrozza
APN, FNP-BC
Randi L. Carrozza is a co-owner at G Lab Aesthetics. Originally from Southern California, Randi grew up in Las Vegas, NV. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), after which she became an ER nurse. While working in the ER, Randi went on to earn a master’s degree in nursing at UNLV, and became a family nurse practitioner in pediatrics for several years.
Throughout her career in nursing, Randi became increasingly passionate about anti-aging skincare and beauty regimens. She began studying aesthetic medicine and completed a fellowship at the prestigious American Academy for Advancement of Medicine.
Randi recently obtained specific training with the Cellular Medicine Association in order to be able to provide the PRP Facial to her patients. She also has advanced credentials in facial injectables, PDO threads, chemical peels, laser treatment for facial rejuvenation, invasive and non-invasive body contouring procedures, and vein sclerotherapy.
Randi thrives on helping people build their confidence and feel good about their appearance. She does this by spending a substantial amount of time with each patient discussing their goals and developing a plan. In her spare time, Randi enjoys being on the go with her two young sons. One of her many hobbies includes being a fitness instructor at The Bar Method in Westfield, NJ.
Lauren Shanker
ACNP-BC
Lauren, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, is a co-owner of G Lab Aesthetics and has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2007.
Originally from New Jersey, she initially received her nursing degree at Rutgers University. She started her career as a cardiac nurse while attending a Masters in Science program at NYU. While at NYU, she specialized in acute care, and she continues to work as a Nurse Practitioner at a NJ hospital to this day.
In 2007, Lauren decided that she wanted to help others not only feel better but look better too, recognizing the two are intimately related.
Aesthetic medicine has allowed Lauren to connect with patients on a different level and has allowed her to use her artistic and creative side when assessing faces. Lauren customizes each treatment to perfectly give her patients a natural look with facial balancing.
Lauren currently resides in Westfield, NJ with her husband and 3 daughters.
Anthony Carrozza, MD
Anthony Carrozza, M.D is the Medical Director at G Lab Aesthetics and is Board certified in Emergency medicine. He graduated from SUNY-Downstate College of Medicine in 2004 and practiced Emergency Medicine for over 10 years before transitioning to Urgent Care and Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Carrozza became interested in Aesthetic Medicine by treating patients for hair loss with Platelet Rich Plasma. He interest deepened when this relatively low-risk procedure had such a profound impact on patients’ self-confidence and wellbeing. This experience lead to an intense interest in minimally-invasive procedures that produce exceptional results.
Dr. Carrozza’s approach is highly specific to each patient and comfort during procedures is always a focus. Dr. Carrozza’s practice includes Sciton Laser procedures, Radiofrequency microneedling and Platelet-Rich plasma.
Susan Rocca
Aesthetician
Susan has been a licensed Skin Care Specialist for almost a decade, and has a genuine passion for making others look and feel their best.
She has a lifelong love of art, beauty, makeup and skin, making her an ideal aesthetician for clients looking to achieve their personal skin care goals.
Susan is highly trained in a vast range of skin treatments, and truly understands the importance of continuing education in an industry that is always advancing and evolving with new products and techniques. She is always eager to learn about the latest ways to keep her clients looking and feeling refreshed and youthful.

Susan has two daughters, and is “Mimi” to one adorable granddaughter. When she’s not working, you can find her water skiing, horseback riding, hiking or dancing.
